My creative work is rooted in the body-as-text ethos of écriture féminine and often incorporates written portraiture, estranged objects, and conceptual altarpieces.
In my independent research, I explore the intersections between fashion and embodiment, archive and memory, subject and object. I am interested in image-making as narrative.
I can often be found salvaging debris, scribbling in a margin, or playing dress up in my grandmother’s clothes.
